All comments too perfect in typing and grammar. Come on, It’s good! But don’t pull a fast one, ok.

    • Drew Gronow says:

All the comments are genuine and for the grammar I can’t comment good or bad because I don’t know what good grammar is. By the way is mine ok??

  • Nigel king says:

I have enjoyed your Black Dragon product at a local pub(in polypins or what they may be called now (large wine boxes?)). I am tucking into a chicken vindaloo at the local pub, and the curry brings out such a clean apple taste and finish with your product which is so totally complementary. Maybe the chef has included his or her socks in the curry, but having tasted your Black Dragon with a traditional pub curry offering which amazed me, maybe you should consider how you could benefit from such an opportunity. Faced with the facts that cider is such a traditional refreshment and the UK has a genuine curry legacy and evolving cuisine, the world is your orchard! I wish you success, H

i had a couple of hand-pulled pints yesterday and found it to be an excellent drink.
    Could quite easily be habit-forming.

    John.

  • John says:

Had my first, two, pints afternoon. Hand-pulled in the West End House, Kirkstall, Leeds.
An excellent brew, nicely dry with a distinctive taste.
Rather expensive at £3.80 a pint but worth it.

    John.

While sitting offshore ended up having an enlightening conversation about cider. Told in no uncertain terma that “Black Dragon Does The Business”.
20 litres arrived yesterday so waiting for me chilling in the garage.
Looking forward to getting home and getting after it.
Will post my tasting notes later if I can still keep things together.

I bought a bottle of Black Dragon from Bristol Eastgate Tesco on a whim, as I’d never seen it stocked before. I really enjoyed it and was disappointed that it has not been back in stock.

I tried it again at the Bristol Cider Festival and it reaffirm my opinion that it’s a cracking cider. I gave it 10/10 on my score card but unfortunately forgot to hand it in.

This is the best cider that I have ever tasted. I am a cider buff and tried this recently in Wales on holiday. WOW!!! Unfortunately, haven’t been able to find it so far in my locality (Swindon). Never mind, will still be there as a Welsh treat next time!

  • George says:

Had a few pints of Black Dragon and its the best cider out there

  • jake says:

Outstanding, rustic but not farmyard, wholesome but not in a vegan way, tasy but not like a roast dinner, strong like giant haystacks not schwarzenegger, sweet, smoky and tonguesome, goes well with cheese and pork pies or just drink on its own or with friends , good friends mind ‘cos you may well end up losing ‘em due to loose tongues and flyin’ fists. A good breakfast cider but can be drunk at anytime. 11 out of 10

  • George Baird says:

Heaven sent a great cider to drink

  • Steve Edwards says:

I discovered this divine nectar at the Stratford-upon-Avon Food Festival this weekend, I drink a LOT of cider and this ranks VERY highly on my list! Anything above an 8/10 is GOOD but this blew me away…9 or maybe even 9.5/10!?! SERIOUSLY rivals anything from Hereford or Somerset, GREAT work guys…REALLY! Thank you!

  • Martin says:

  • Lyekka says:

I consider myself a bit of a cider connoisseur and this the the best cider I’ve ever had!
I used to drink this all the time when I lived in Cardiff, buying from my local Tesco… I almost cried when I moved to Oxfordshire and realised no Tesco (or other supermarket) in the county sells it… Now when any of my friends visit South Wales they know to bring me back any bottles they can find! Need to get this stocked in more of the country, anyone I have even gotten to try it has loved it!

  • prence says:

Please god start shipping this to the US. I drank probably 40 bottles of this when I was in Wales and I am going through withdrawal now :(

  • AMT says:

I discovered this gem in my local Weatherspoon recently. A fabulous cider that tastes amazing! I was so happy to then see it on sale in Tesco and Asda! Thank you and good work to all those at Gwynt y Ddraig x x

  • nick says:

We recently performing in disney land paris with my band..for the St. Davids celebrations. We tend to have a beer or two as the night progresses and I always have cider as its much more forgiving on my throat than beer or larger. To my dismay there was no cider to been seen in the venue !!! By the grace of god..there was a stall outside the venue promoting welsh products and we came across Black Dragon. All I can say is WOW!!!! Crisp, Full of flavour and dare I say it …Potent!! Magical night. To travel all the way to Paris to sample a cider thats brewed only a few miles from my home was bizzare!! Good work guys and if only I could get a few more venus selling your product then the world would be a much merrier place!!!

  • Dave Holden says:

  • Ash M says:

Just tried it at Weatherspoons (as part of their fall Ale and Cider Festival) and well… it was gorgeous! As a Herefordian, I am used to cider but this just blew me away! Highly recommended!

    • Dave L says:
