What a superb cider. To me, it combines the best elements of French and English ciders in a rustic style. The fruit is foremost and treated with due respect by the maker. The cider has a wonderful gamey character, and has a rich yet elegant finesse. I am yet to find a better cider, and it is being consumed with some gusto here in Perth, Western Australia.
